The objective of this program is to provide specialized occupational training in a course offering in air conditioning and heating as it applies to building maintenance.  Students will learn how to troubleshoot problems, install equipment, service equipment, and apply electrical principles to building maintenance air conditioning and heating equipment.  Students will also learn how to use hand tools and operate A/C and D/C circuits to solve building maintenance problems.  Upon completion of this course, students will be prepared for employment in the following occupations in building maintenance.
